We are looking to recruit a Children and Young Peoples Worker who is enthusiastic, organised and passionate about making a difference in children’s and young people’s lives.
The Children and Young People’s Worker will help children and young people to reach their full potential and encourage them to contribute to society in order to build their own skills and employability. The worker will encourage children and young people to develop skills and confidence through fun activities as well as supervising and empowering volunteers in running after-school sessions and leading other sessions where required. The worker will HAVE FUN, be creative and think outside the box!
The successful candidate will be required to possess appropriate IT skills in order that all activity plans are uploaded to our online staff portal and data from activities and sessions are updated onto our online organisation database on a regular basis. They will also be required to assist the Primetime Bradford Project Manager in planning and maintaining our organisational strategy for our Children’s work and assisting in setting up new provisions over the next 2 years.

The working hours are 17.5 hours per week. The salary scale is therefore based on a pro-rata basis.
